The Porter will transport goods and items throughout the hospital and ancillary buildings in a timely and efficient manner out of hours if required .The duty of the Porter may vary according to the particular area of assignment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
1. Professional Qualifications and Experience
(i) Possess a Junior Certificate or equivalent qualification
OR
(ii) Possess an equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction similar to (i)
AND
(iii) Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with other staff/Management and patients
AND
(iv) Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability and administrative ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
